Hard Chrome plating using deep plating tanks up to to 20ft.deep

External ( OD) Outside Diameter grinding (20" dia. x 120" long). Centerless grinding, and Internal (ID) Inside Diameter grinding 8" dia. x 120" long. We also grind shortened bores up to 36" diameter.
Specifically rotors for Oil & Gas well drill motors up to 20 inches in diameter and 20 ft. long.
Custom built crankshafts and tie rods for Stock cars, Dragsters, and Indy Car.

The hydraulics shafts, cylinders and sleeves for large commercial machines.

In Centerless grinding there is no spindle. This allows high through-put since parts can be quickly inserted and removed from the process. There are three main types of Centerless grinding Thru - Feed Grinding, In Feed Grinding, and end feed grinding
ID Grinding (or Internal Diameter Grinding) and OD Grinding (Outside Diameter Grinding) are used for engine repair, rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and refurbishing oil and gas well drilling equipment.
